History of CTC Technology

Cooperative Telephone Company (CTC) was started in 1956 to serve the communities of Guernsey, Hartwick, Ladora and Victor, Iowa with Internet, Television and phone services. We brought fiber service, delivering Internet & phone service, to the community of Williamsburg, Iowa beginning in 2022.

We are a non-profit cooperative company owned by our member-owners and are proud to offer our customers Internet, Television and phone services.
